Julian Ryerson has been linked with a transfer to Barcelona this summer, with the Catalan giants reportedly having held “initial talks” at the end of 2025.
According to Bild, Borussia Dortmund have now decided they are willing to let the Norway international move on at the end of the season if clubs meet their asking price.
The Bundesliga club want around €30 million for the 28-year-old who still has another two years left to run on his contract at Signal Iduna Park.
Premier League sides Manchester
United and Liverpool are also credited with interest in Ryerson, while there’s a claim that the defender could attract more admirers this summer at World Cup 2026 with Norway.
Ryerson has enjoyed a strong season with Dortmund so far in 2025-26. He’s bagged 11 assists from 21 Bundesliga outings for the BVB and a further two in the Champions League.
The defender also bagged another four assists in World Cup qualifying for Norway as the team topped their qualification group with a 100% record from eight games.
