2, the New England Patriots head south to Florida for the 117th regular-season meeting between the clubs. The Patriots are coming off their own loss in the season’s opening weekend, dropping a home game 20-13 to the Las Vegas Raiders.
The oddsmakers have released their opening odds for the Week 2 Patriots at Dolphins meeting. The FanDuel Sportsbook oddsmakers are not sold on the Dolphins, especially after their Week 1 showing, but they are still giving a slight nod to Miami. The opening odds as of Sunday night have the the Dolphins favored by 1.5 points. The point total is 43.5. The Patriots are +110 for the straight-up win while the Dolphins’ moneyline odds are set at -130.
