What is the story about?
The time is near for the Phillies to start dabbling in free agency. Having a lot of money coming off the books in terms of contracts for Nick Castellanos and Taijuan Walker is nice, but extensions for other players may have a say in that money being spent. Nevertheless, the team will be spending some money to bring in new players to try and shake things up a bit.
We hope.
The question is: who should be their top free agent target? The crop is small as the amount of impact free agents is not very good,
but there are some players to be had.
