What happened last game?
The Bruins played a tight game where Jake Schmaltz and Charlie McAvoy scored, and it went to the shootout with James Hagens once again stepping in to play the hero. Bruins WIN 3-2!
Mike DiPietro also had a huge game for your Boston Bruins, as he stopped 30 of 32 shots. With how shockingly even this game was, I would daresay he was the difference maker.

The Philadelphia Flyers finished quite an eventful offseason this year!
Unfortunately, what it ultimately ended up amounting to was the following:

on inconveniencing the Ducks, I guess. Who are not in your division. Nor are they a team you play all that frequently.
You know the Canes are in your division, right?
The Flyers are looking for some kind of improvement, and they will definitely need it from their beloved russian kid who their coach hates with a fiery passion, and their otherwise paper-thin depth. This is their second game of preseason, having just locked horns with the Capitals in a 5-2 loss. The guys you wanna watch out for here are of course Michkov, but also players like Porter Martone, Alex Bump, Oliver Bonk, and netminder Egor Zavragin if he gets playing time.
I would imagine more of the vets play tonight as their youths and AHLers will be headed on the road to play the rematch in Philly. But will they end up 2-0 through Preseason after this one?
