According to False Finish and Fightful, the latest chatter is that WWE has interest in bringing Young back.
Young had two runs in the WWE system. He signed in 2016 and led the Sanity faction from NXT to the main roster. Young was released in 2020 due to budget cuts relating to the COVID era of professional wrestling. Young re-signed in 2022, however, he never appeared on television for WWE. Young parted ways with WWE at his request due to moral reasons. Young’s decision came on the heels of Vince McMahon returning to WWE in 2023. McMahon previously resigned over the hush money scandal involving Janel Grant and others.
