Recently Portland Trail Blazers starters Deni Avdija and Jrue Holiday were nominated for NBA Player of the Week. They didn’t win the award, but given Portland’s nice start to the season—and distinctive style of play—it’s probably a matter of time before we see a pinwheel candidate walk away with the honor.
