Good morning, baseball fans!
While it may be cold and dreary, we have our first signs of spring in the form of the San Francisco Giants releasing the dates for the 2026 Fan Fest Tour!
This year’s tour will
feature four stops. Three of which will be in January and the event will conclude with an Open House at Oracle Park in March. The full list with dates are below:
January 17: San Jose
January 24
: San RamonJanuary 31: Sacramento
March 14: San Francisco
The three tour stops will feature players and coaches, Q&A sessions, autograph and photo sessions, games and other family friendly activities.
The Open House at Oracle Park will not feature active players or coaches, as it will take place during Spring Training. But fans can still come to the park for a bunch of fun activities. Giants alumni will be in attendance for Q&A sessions, autographs and photos. Fans can tour parts of the ballpark that are not usually accessible, such as the club house, broadcasting booth and press box. And that day’s Spring Training game will be streamed live in the park.
While admission is free, fans interested in attending will need to have tickets which you can procure on the Giants’ website.
If you haven’t been to a Fan Fest event at the ballpark, I highly recommend the experience. It’s pretty cool to get to walk through the club house and up through the dugout. I miss when these were held before Spring Training, so the players were literally everywhere around the park. (I literally ran into Andrew Susac twice the first year I went to one of these.) But it’s still a lot of fun even without the players being there.
