Bayern Munich star Michael Olise’s preseason just got a little more complicated as the attacker will have to find a new home.
Olise has been renting the house of Jérôme Boateng, but the Frenchman will need to pack his things up. According to a report from Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Olise will now move out of the abode as Boateng is looking to sell the property. Olise has been renting the estate:
Michael Olise will have to look for a new house in Munich after his vacation. The Frenchman has
been renting Jérôme Boateng’s villa in Grünwald since September 2024, only a 10-minute drive away from Säbener Straße (ten rooms, a fitness room, a home cinema, a wine cellar and a wellness area with whirlpool and sauna plus outdoor pool). Boateng now wants to sell his luxury property, so Olise will have to move out by the end of August.
Olise has quickly become one of the team’s most exciting attacking players, impressing with his creativity, technical ability, and composure in the final third. Feeling comfortable away from football can only help him continue to perform at his best.
However, with rumors swirling that he wants a move to Real Madrid, some fans might see this as troublesome. Rest assured, this just seems like a case where Boateng needs to cash out on a valuable asset.
Grünwald has long been a popular home for Bayern Munich players and staff, offering privacy while remaining close to the club’s facilities.
