The Washington Commanders released their final injury report for today’s game on Saturday and then made four roster moves today. Kicker Matthew Wright and DT Sheldon Day were elevated for today’s game.
Wright will kick for Washington after signing to the practice squad today. They ruled out Matt Gay with a back injury that showed up on the injury report on Saturday. The Commanders also released WR Robbie Chosen from the practice squad after he was elevated last week.
Brandon Coleman had been a healthy scratch for the last four games. He was replaced by Chris Paul, while starting RG Nick Allegretti was replaced by Andrew Wylie. Sam Cosmi returned last week and replaced Wylie. Coleman returns to the active list with Trent Scott and George Fant inactive for the OL.
Only one of Washington’s two rookie LBs is inactive today. Ale Kaho was an undrafted free agent from UCLA, and his teammate Kain Medrano, was selected in the 6th round. Medrano is active today, only the second time he’s been made available on game day this season. DC Joe Whitt Jr. talked about getting him some playing time this week.
Tight end Colson Yankoff was ruled out on Saturday with a hamstring injury. The final inactive is CB Noah Igbinoghene who has reportedlt been on the trade block since the summer.
