Whoever it ends up being will be facing off against Rockies right-hander Ryan Feltner, who enters tonight’s game with a 4.42 ERA, 4.94 FIP, with 35 strikeouts to 20 walks in 53 innings pitched. His last start was in the Rockies’ 3-2
loss to the Minnesota Twins on Sunday, in which he allowed two runs (one earned) on five hits in six innings.
