It was just a few days ago that Logan Paul, who made headlines at the Super Bowl for saying he wasn’t excited about Bad Bunny performing during the halftime show, made it clear he’s angling for a match with the Grammy award winning artist. He claimed he wasn’t setting the table for it, sure, but that’s quite literally what he was doing.
He tried to say it would be “the biggest wrestling match of all time” if it happened.
Right.
He doubled down on this talk on the most recent episode of his podcast,
largely reiterating what he said before. Only this time, he added on that the match itself has now been “floated around.”
“Let’s peel back the f—king curtain. I’m going to stop f—king around. Bad Bunny is a world-renowned superstar. He also can be a WWE superstar when he wants. He’s a good wrestler. He can f—king wrestle. There have been talks about maybe us wrestling. It’s been floated around. I’ve been candid about the fact that I’d love to do it. I think it would be the greatest WWE match of all time. I really believe that.”
He went on to say his remarks about the Super Bowl halftime show were 80-percent work, 20-percent legitimate. Either way, he’s done enough at this point to justify WWE booking a match between the two of them for a major show, even if it most certainly will not be the biggest match in the history of the industry.
Hey, maybe Bunny is the masked mystery man messing with The Vision.
