The Dallas Cowboys have high hopes for the 2026 season after two years without making the playoffs. Dallas finished last year 7-9-1 and were undone by an abysmal defense that forced a potent offense to try and carry the team. It didn’t work. So the Cowboys totally revamped their defense with new coaches and players.
This has changed the vibe among the fan base, and even betting houses like FanDuel have the Cowboys with a win total of 9.5 for the year. That would conceivably put them back into the playoffs.
The Cowboys are also +2200 for the Super Bowl, which is right in the middle of the NFL pack. The optimism is there, now we just have to see it in the games. Speaking of the games…
