Marc Bernal has reportedly rejected interest from Premier League giants Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea as he only wants to play for Barcelona.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a good season in 2025-26 after making his comeback from a serious knee injury and is being tipped for an even bigger role in the coming campaign.
A new report from Mundo Deportivo claims that the Premier League trio have all expressed interest in Bernal but have been sent the same message from the midfielder: “Barça one hundred
percent.”
Bernal was linked with a loan exit in the winter in a bid to enjoy more game time but turned all the offers down and later admitted he was glad he didn’t move.
“From the beginning, it was clear to me that I wanted to stay,” he told Sport.
“I’ve been here for many years, it’s the club of my life and I’ve made the right decision. The moments I am living now I would not have lived anywhere else. And the titles that we can get, feel unique here.”
Bernal’s form for Barca saw him narrowly miss out on a place in Spain’s World Cup 2026 squad but has clearly also attracted attention from clubs across Europe.
Yet he’s made it clear he is completely happy at Barcelona where he is under contract until 2029 with a release clause set at 500 million euros.
