The Indianapolis Colts (2-2) travel to another notorious franchise ‘House of Horrors’ to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2)(-2.5), at 1 PM EST, with expected rainy weather conditions at Acrisure Stadium for Sunday afternoon.
Rather shockingly, the Colts have not beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh since November 9, 2008, when Peyton Manning was the starting quarterback, and Indianapolis narrowly won 24-20 that Sunday afternoon.
For those looking to watch the game, it will be aired on CBS with Jim Nantz
(play-by-play) and JJ Watt (analyst) covering for the television broadcast. It can also streamed on NFL+ and YouTubeTV, etc.
The NFL TV map can be found here.
Regarding those tuning in, the game can be listened to on 93.5 and 107.5 The Fan and 97.1 Hank FM, with Matt Taylor (play-by-play), Charles Arbuckle (analyst), and Larra Overton (sideline) on the radio call per usual.
For SiriusXM subscribers, you can find the Colts game on Channel 267 or 813.
Indianapolis is coming off a 2-game winning streak and currently ranks 13th in points scored (25.5 avg. ppg.), while surrendering the league’s 22nd most points (26.0 avg. ppg.). Meanwhile, Pittsburgh is 24th in points scored (19.3 avg. ppg) behind longtime veteran starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and is allowing the NFL’s 14th most points (21.8 avg. ppg.) with veterans Cam Heyward and TJ Watt still anchoring their defensive line.
There will be no former Colts wideout Michael Pittman Jr. (foot) “revenge game,” as he was recently played on injured reserve by the Steelers and is not healthy enough to face his old Indianapolis teammates.
Temperatures at kickoff are expected to be in the mid-to-high sixties, with persistent rain, potential thunderstorms, and projected wind gusts in the low teens reaching to the high twenties in miles per hour, due to lingering weather bands from Hurricane Isaias over the past week.
This week’s officiating unit will be head official Shawn Smith and his crew.
Pittsburgh has largely dominated this series all-time, holding the distinct advantage 28-8-0, and Pittsburgh earned the victory the last time these two teams played, winning 27-20 at Pittsburgh last year, on November 2, 2025.
