Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany goes by an ethos of all gas, no breaks. Once the whistle blows he expects his players to score, and score, and then after that? Score some more.
That’s according to a report from Sport Bild — as captured by @iMiaSanMia:
Vincent Kompany demands not only wins, but also big wins from his players. Even after 3-0 or 4-0, the coach wants more goals. Big wins are “important for psychology” and “are also noticed by the other teams”. His team should perform like a “hurricane”
on the pitch, demands Kompany [@SPORTBILD]
Are we sure Kompany wasn’t asking everyone to play like “Harry Kane”?
Anyway, this is no surprise. It is the Bayern mentality: to crush their foes, driving them off the field, and hearing the lamentation of their ultras. If the Bavarians want to achieve their Champions League ambitions this season, establishing a frightening aura about themselves surely won’t hurt.
