Throughout the offseason, SB Nation will host surveys for NFL fans, sponsored by the folks over at FanDuel Sportsbook. For Pride of Detroit, we are tasked with fielding questions from Detroit Lions fans, and this week’s question focuses on one of the most exciting times of the year: training camp.
The Lions kick off their 2026 training camp on Wednesday as they begin the ramp-up period. Practices will be shorter, and players will be without pads as they begin to slowly acclimate back to football.
But as the week progresses, practices grow in length, and before long the pads will come on, fans will be welcomed into the team’s Allen Park training facility, and the real fun begins.
For this week’s question, we want to know which of the Lions’ new acquisitions they’re most looking forward to seeing in pads at training camp. For this poll, we are giving fans five players to choose from:
- 1st round pick: RT Blake Miller
- Prized free agent: C Cade Mays
- 2nd round pick: EDGE Derrick Moore
- Likely starter: EDGE DJ Wommum
- Power runner: RB Isiah Pacheco
