The Jets own the number two overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. There doesn’t appear to be a quarterback who fits at that spot so the attention is now on edge rusher. It is arguably the second most important position. It is also an area where the Jets are lacking.
At the moment, there
appear to be three possible choices at edge. Arvell Reese out of Ohio State seems to be the favorite. David Bailey of Texas Tech and Rueben Bain, Jr. are also possibilities.
