Most of us already knew that former Cleveland Browns EDGE rusher Myles Garrett lived in Wadsworth, Ohio. We just have never actually been invited for tea and crumpets there.
Make that sweet tea, sliced tomatoes, and brisket.

Now that Garrett has been traded into the NFC with the Los Angeles Rams
, he requires a new pad, close to all of the Hollywood types. His old digs? Now listed on Zillow for sale.One thing Garrett has is money. Lots of it.
But surprisingly, his house and adjacent two acres are only appraised at $2.1 million. In 2025, Garrett inked an extension worth $160 million. So, one might assume his home would look like a hotel from a drone cam, but it is actually quite modest.
The reason is that Garrett had the house built a year after he was drafted in 2018. That first deal was for $30,41 million, plus a $20.25 million signing bonus. And although he has gotten more wheelbarrows for his cash, he has remained in the same house during all these years with the Cleveland Browns. Frugal? Modest? Or just comfortable with where he chose to be, and stayed that way?
The home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with 4,300 square feet of living space. Some portions of the home are two-story, with two staircases. There is also a grand office, a spa, a full gym, a theater, a custom bar, walk-in closets, and a bonus room used for gaming.
Only a portion of the property has been cleared and comes with a metal front gate. As far as the exterior, parts include stone along with an adjacent three-vehicle garage. Stone work is also on both sides of the electric gate.
Right after the Browns traded Garrett, he signed a restructured contract for five years that will pay him $208.2 million, with $37 million fully guaranteed this year and $99 million guaranteed through the 2028 season.
Garrett was the first overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft and played nine years with Cleveland. He has been voted to the Pro Bowl seven times, selected First Team or Second Team All-Pro another seven times, won the Deacon Jones Award in 2025, named the “NFL Defensive Player of the Year” twice, and was a member of the NFL All-Rookie Team.
With Garrett selling his custom-built home, this means that after his career is over, he is unlikely to be headed back to Northeast Ohio despite making this statement two years ago, around the time he purchased a piece of the Cleveland Cavaliers:
“I’m not gonna sell my house and pack up and leave,” Garrett said of Cleveland. “I definitely plan to be here for a long time. I’ll start a family here. I’m not just gonna rip and run once things are over and I hang up the cleats. I’m gonna be here supporting the Cavs, supporting the Browns for a mighty long time.”
Since the news of Garrett’s home going on the market went public, the listing on Zillow has been taken down, but it is listed with The Elli Group. In the pictures connected with the listing, you can see some of Garrett’s collectibles, along with dinosaur-related themes, and a few Browns related objected sprinkled around the house, including a child-sized jersey hanging above the washer and dryer set.
