Week 2 of Cleveland Browns training camp opened up with the players in pads for the first time. While HC Todd Monken does not have the players tackling, more wrap and release, the pads help get the offensive and defensive lines more real-life-style reps.
Due to some injury concerns, the Browns added DT Travis Bell on Monday, waiving UDFA RB TJ Harden in the process. Injuries are always a big part of training camp, as Cleveland’s Week 3 opponent has learned the hard way already, and adding the pads
could increase that concern.

Concepcion was seen stretching and moving his right arm following the play:
The rookie was still able to sign autographs and shake hands as practice after practice ended on Monday:
The fact that the team’s second first-round pick is not headed into the facility to get checked out is a good sign, but not definitive:
As has been true for most of the offseason, Concepcion and fellow rookie WR Denzel Boston have looked very good in camp:
Cleveland coaches and players are not scheduled to speak until Tuesday before practice; that is the latest we can expect an update on Concepcion’s shoulders. We will update this article if we get any information prior to that.
