What is the story about?
Some more good news for Duke as redshirt freshman Sebastian Wilkins says he’ll be back next season.
He’s an intriguing player. Wilkins is a big, strong forward, but at 6-8 and 220, he may also be able to play on the perimeter.
With the team Jon Scheyer is assembling, Wilkins has the potential to play either forward position or, potentially, as a wing.
We didn’t get to see a lot of him before he redshirted, but this past year’s team was deep and talented. He’ll benefit from playing against Cameron Boozer,
Pat Ngongba, Maliq Brown, and others on a daily basis.
His versatility offers Duke a lot of options, so look for him be very useful in 2026-27.
