What is the story about?
The 2026 Big East Tournament will begin on Wednesday and give us four days of exciting action before Selection Sunday.
Villanova will have the late-night tip on Thursday as the No. 3 seed in the conference. The Wildcats will take on the winner of DePaul and Georgetown, which will be the third and final game from Madison Square Garden on Wednesday.
The Wildcats ended the Big East slate with a record of 15-5, behind only UConn and St. John’s. The Johnnies enter the field as the top seed for the second
consecutive year while the Huskies are the favorite to win the whole thing.
