Getting back to nature can be a fun pastime, especially if you live in a scenic part of the country
and/or want something reasonably cheap and time-consuming to do with your family. The coast, the mountains, by rivers and lakes, under dark skies in the middle of nowhere: a tent, some kindling, and the makings for s’mores gives you a fun weekend!
Large corporations have not fared well in our Best Things Ever Tournament so far, but come on…who doesn’t like free samples, 62 quarts of mayonnaise, and a shopping trolley so full you can’t see over it? Costco is a fun adventure for millions, and damn their Thanksgiving pumpkin cheesecake is good!
