You may now order your numbered Tottenham Hotspur kits with confidence! Spurs announced, just ahead of their season opener at Brentford later today, the registered players’ kit numbers for the 2026-27 season. The shirt numbers are now locked in and will not change, so long as these players continue to be registered with Tottenham Hotspur this season.
Possibly the biggest surprise isn’t a change at all. Antonin Kinsky is Tottenham’s #1 goalkeeper, but he opted NOT to take the #1 kit vacated by Guglielmo
Vicario, instead sticking with his previous number #31. We’ve already discussed Andy Robertson, who had #26 while at Liverpool, opting for a new number, #3, out of respect for the great Ledley King.
Also interesting — since they have numbers, I assume that players like Dejan Kulusevski and Wilson Odobert, who are still out with long-term injuries, have formally been registered for the first half of the season.
Of course, that leaves a few open numbers for incoming players like Savinho and (maybe) Omar Marmoush. We can guess which numbers they’ll take if they sign.
