In the picturesque town of Tegernsee, a brutal battering was brandished by Bayern Munich to local side Rottach-Egern. The Rekordmeister won by 15 goals to nothing which is considered a more lenient showing than previous meetings. Although Aleksandar Pavlović started the match from the bench, he and the rest of the team had a great time during the training camp.
“We had fun today. We saw that everyone wanted to score goals, we also made the necessary defensive runs. It was fun,” Pavlović said (as captured
by X account @iMiaSanMia). “I had a nice vacation with the family. Now I’m top fit and looking forward to the start of the season.”
Bayern will play three more friendly matches before the Franz Beckenbauer Supercup against Borussia Dortmund on the 23rd of August: Jeju SK in Jeju (August 4), Aston Villa in Hong Kong (August 7), and RB Leipzig at an undisclosed location on August 15. There also could be another friendly vs. Heidenheim should the final details get worked out as well.
