Derek Carr is very likely the most polarizing player ever to wear the Silver and Black in the history of the now Las Vegas Raiders’ franchise.
To this day, more than three years since he last played for the Raiders, fans are still split on the quarterback who started for the team for nine seasons.
No matter where you stood on Carr, it’s difficult to deny he did some good things as a Raider. A recent X post by NFL researcher showed that Carr delivered in some tough situations caused by a lack of help
from the defensive side of the ball. Check this stat out:
Carr’s 12 victories came in his nine seasons with the Raiders and not in his two final seasons with the New Orleans Saints There are all-time great quarterbacks on this list.
So, no matter how you felt/feel about Carr, he does deserve credit for winning a lot of games despite some tough circumstances.
