In a story that should surprise no one, Matthew Stafford enjoys winning, he enjoys winning with Davante Adams, and specifically, he’d love to help Adams get to and win a Super Bowl.
The Rams were close last year, but sometimes, “If you ain’t first you’re last.”
The Rams weren’t last last year. They certainly weren’t first either.
Adams has been to a number of NFC Championship Game’s, he’s never been on a team that won one. Not once. Will this year be different?
Will this be the year that Stafford and
the Rams find a way to win a Super Bowl with Adams on their roster? It’s more likely that doesn’t happen, right? Of course, it certainly could happen. Maybe Adams will be in for the best NFL season of his life, or maybe, it’ll be just another season.
One thing is for sure; Adams isn’t the only player who has Super Bowl dreams on this Rams team. But for the Rams, they are one of 32 other teams with the same dream. We’ll see who comes in the first while the rest, are last.

“I was a mess in the locker room,” Adams said. “You all seen me after the last game and seeing Matthew looking over at me. He told me on the plane we’re sitting there, he sits in front of me. He’s turning around, he’s looking at me, like, ‘I’m sorry, man, I wanted that for you so bad.’ Not for him, but he wanted it for me.
“That means a lot to me because me being here, knowing these guys for a year and for them to feel that way about me and to care that much to want to get me a bowl before I get out of here, it says a lot about who they are and a little bit about who I am.”

“Just that moment of being traded, and you’re like ‘what’s going on?!’” McDuffie said, who added that he didn’t hear from his agent or even anyone on the Chiefs’ side. “It was surreal.”

“As Rams general manager Les Snead has said through the years, it’s more complicated than the “(forget) them picks” phrase that has become attached to him and the franchise. It’s just an aggressive mindset that Snead picked up when he was in the Falcons’ front office with then-GM Thomas Dimitroff.
“You could see his mentality, our mentality of why,” Snead told ESPN in 2022. “We’re aware of this window. Let’s make a bet that we can make the most of this window.”
