Wake Forest (5—2, 2-2 ACC) defeated the Seminoles 31-21 in its last visit to Tallahassee, and the Deacons have won three straight games heading into Saturday and are 2-0 on the road this year. In their last meeting during the 2023 season, the Seminoles defeated Wake, 41-16.
Wake is coming off a 13-12 win over SMU on a 50-yard walk-off field goal. The WF defense held SMU to just 246 yards of offense, eight first downs, and forced three turnovers in the win.
Florida State (3-4, 0-4 ACC) is coming off an open week and is looking to snap a four-game skid despite the FSU offense rolling out impressive numbers this season. The Noles’ offense has topped 400 yards of total offense in each of their last six games, ranks 2nd nationally in total offense (523), 3rd in yards per completion (15.82), 4th in yards per pass (9.70), 6th in rushing offense (254), and 10th in third down conversion percentage (.520).
According to FanDuel, FSU is a 9.5-point favorite, with the over/under set at 51.5 points.
