Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League Fantasy season kicks off with several key absentees across Europe, and fantasy managers will have plenty to think about before setting their lineups.
Here’s a full breakdown of who’s out and who’s in doubt for this week’s fixtures.
Tuesday, November 4
Slavia Praha vs Arsenal
Slavia are short at the back with Holeš (knee) and Ogbu (thigh) sidelined, while captain Bořil and Schranz also miss out. Mbodji remains a doubt.
Arsenal have more significant issues — Ødegaard, Havertz, Martinelli, Gyökeres, Madueke,
and Zubimendi are all out. Declan Rice is one booking away from suspension.
Napoli vs Frankfurt
Napoli will be without Lucca (suspended) and De Bruyne (thigh), while Gilmour and Spinazzola are questionable due to inflammation.
Frankfurt are missing Højlund (thigh) and Can Uzun (muscular), leaving Knauff and Burkardt to lead the line.
Atlético de Madrid vs Union Saint-Gilloise
Diego Simeone’s squad is largely fit but Barrios (muscular) and González (knock) are doubtful. Union SG have no injury concerns ahead of the trip to Madrid.
Bodø/Glimt vs Monaco
Bodø/Glimt are hurting with Aleesami, Brynhildsen, and Saltnes all out, while Gundersen is a doubt. Monaco’s list is extensive — Diatta, Dier, Fati, Hrádecký, Mawissa, Pogba, and Vanderson are all unavailable.
Juventus vs Sporting CP
Juventus face defensive worries with Bremer, Cabal, and Pinsoglio out. Kelly (back) and Kenan Yıldız (knee) are questionable.
Sporting lose Nuno Santos and Daniel Bragança to knee issues, while Fresneda is out with an ankle injury.
Liverpool vs Real Madrid
Liverpool’s depth takes another hit with Alisson, Frimpong, and Isak sidelined. Real Madrid also face defensive setbacks — Carvajal, Rüdiger, and Alaba all miss out, with no fresh doubts for Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
Olympiacos vs PSV Eindhoven
Olympiacos miss Hezze through suspension and could be without Rodinei (calf). PSV have their own problems with Pléa and Van Bommel both ruled out.
Paris Saint-Germain vs Bayern München
PSG will be without Zabarnyi (suspended) and Doué (thigh). Bayern miss Musiala (leg), Davies (knee), and Ito (metatarsal), thinning their defensive depth.
Tottenham vs Copenhagen
Spurs are struggling with injuries again — Davies, Gray, Solanke, and Bergvall are all out, while Spence and Kudus are doubts. Copenhagen travel without Højer, Mattsson, Meling, and Delaney.

Pafos vs Villarreal
Pafos miss João Correia (suspended) and Pedrão (knee). Villarreal are almost full strength, with only Kambwala (hamstring) unavailable.
Qarabağ vs Chelsea
Qarabağ’s only concern is Gurbanli (knee). Chelsea, meanwhile, are without Badiashile, Colwill, Essugo, and Palmer — all key rotation options.
Ajax vs Galatasaray
Ajax’s injury list grows with Berghuis, Dolberg, and Van den Boomen out, while Taylor is suspended. Galatasaray lose Gündoğan (thigh strain) and have doubts over Yunus Akgün (knock) and Singo (hamstring).
Club Brugge vs Barcelona
Club Brugge are missing Meijer, Mignolet, and Reis, while Onyedika is a doubt.
Barcelona remain heavily depleted — Gavi, Pedri, Raphinha, and Ter Stegen are all out, and Christensen, Lewandowski, and Olmo are questionable.

Inter are only missing Mkhitaryan (thigh). Kairat have no absentees but Satpayev and Arad risk suspension.

City’s only absentee is Kovačić (ankle), while Dortmund are without Duranville (shoulder). Both sides otherwise come in with clean bills of health.

Newcastle are sweating on Trippier (illness) and Gordon (hip). Wissa and Livramento are out. Athletic Club miss Iñaki Lekue, Sannadi, and Iñaki Williams, while Nico Williams is a doubt.
Marseille vs Atalanta
Marseille remain without Emerson (suspended) and several injured names, including Traorè and Kondogbia.
Balerdi, Weah, and Nadir are doubts. Atalanta lose Kolašinac and Scalvini to muscle issues, with De Roon and Maldini both doubtful.
Benfica vs Leverkusen
Benfica are without Bah, Bruma, and Manu Silva. Leverkusen’s list is longer — Andrich is suspended, while Fernández, Tape, Tella, and Vázquez are all unavailable.
