Today we’re talking about Mizzou Football and Basketball TV Times
Mizzou Football’s Homecoming game in their SEC home opener against Florida on October 3rd has been set for a 2:30 p.m. CST kick-off in Columbia.
The game will be televised on ABC or ESPN — depending on this Saturday’s results. Of course, Mizzou is at Mississippi State for their SEC opener, and Florida will host Ole Miss in The Swamp.
On the hardwood, the SEC/ACC Challenge TV times were announced, and Mizzou vs Pitt on Tuesday, December 1st is set for 6:00 p.m. CST on the SEC Network.
Mizzou WBB is at Florida State on Thursday, December 3rd — which is set for 6:00 p.m. CST on the ACC Network.

Mizzou played poor football and barely managed to beat out Troy on Saturday, yet AP voters moved them up a spot this week from 20th to 19th overall. The AP also tagged Mississippi State as the 24th-ranked team, meaning this coming weekend’s game is now a Top 25 match up.
Mizzou desperately needs a better performance if they want to knock off Mississippi State on the road.

Making the NCAA Tournament should solidify Barone as the guy in Edwardsville for as long as he wants.
Brian Barone has done a good job as SIUE’s head coach.

The losses to Dayton and Toledo are hardly disasters. Dayton entered the weekend 6-4, while Toledo was 7-1, and both matches pushed Mizzou to the limit. The Tigers showed they could trade blows with quality opponents, even when the final point went the other way.
It was a tough weekend for Mizzou Volleyball, but the Tigers are better than their record shows at the moment.

The first test comes against a Nebraska program that went 15-9 last season and 7-6 in Big Ten play. The Huskers return seven players, including Maria Taranova, Conley Raidt, Katie Spencer, Catherine Gagnon, Reya Lee Coe, Tiziana Rossini and Emma Rizzetto.
It sets up to be a challenging first test for the Mizzou Tennis program under Robin Goodman.

Mizzou has seen versions of it before, most notably against Josh Heupel’s Tennessee teams and Jeff Lebby’s Mississippi State offense since Eli Drinkwitz has been the head coach in Columbia. In those five games, the Tigers have surrendered an average of 36.4 points, and 524 yards, to go along with six passing touchdowns of 20-plus yards.
Mizzou’s defense better be ready on Saturday night.

A few words on Cam, he plays at Lee’s Summit West and MoKan Elite in the summer. Barnes is more than comfortable doing the things that contribute to winning. He’s a willing screener and defender, and his frame is good for finishing around the basket.
The next game is the most important, and Mississippi State’s Kamario Taylor is thriving under Jeff Lebby’s offense — leading the Bulldogs to a 3-0 start to the season with back-to-back road wins against Minnesota and South Carolina.
