The Michigan Wolverines are back from their second bye week of the season to take on the Northwestern Wildcats at Wrigley Field on Saturday (12:10 p.m. on FOX).
As is tradition on the Friday before a game,
the program has announced what the players will be wearing this weekend. For this matchup against the Wildcats, the Wolverines will be going with the ever-popular white jerseys and blue pants.
This has become quite the common road trip attire for the Wolverines this season, as they also went with the white jersey and blue pants in the games at Nebraska and USC. The team has only worn its two other road combos once each this season, with the all-white uniforms being worn a few weeks ago at Michigan State and the white jersey/yellow pants combo being worn at Oklahoma all the way back in Week 2.
For me, and I’ve said this before, but this isn’t my favorite road combo for the Wolverines. I would have loved to see the maize pants this weekend, but I guess we will have to wait and see if they wear those next week when the team travels to Maryland.
What do you think about this uniform combo? Let me know down in the comments below.
