Graduate student Graham Ike was named to the Karl Malone Award preseason watch list, an award that’s given to the best power forward in the country. Drew Timme, now with the South Bay Lakers (Los Angeles
Lakers’ G League affiliate), won this honor in the 2020-21 season with the Zags.
In his two seasons with Gonzaga from 2023-25, Ike averaged 16.9 points on a 60.4 field goal percentage/38.5 three-point percentage/79.5 free throw percentage, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game. He was named to the All-West Coast Conference First Team in back-to-back seasons.
