Robert Lewandowski’s future keeps on making all kinds of headlines as the 37-year-old striker heads into the final few months of his contract at Barcelona.
Joan Laporta has said this week that he would like Lewandowski to stay for another year and that he would be willing to offer the veteran another 12 months as “a token of my appreciation.”
Lewandowski is thought to have offers from around the world, with clubs in Saudi Arabia, the United States and Italy keen, but may have to agree to a hefty pay
cut if he does want to stay.
The Poland international has said he’s in no rush to decide his future and is focused on football currently, with Barcelona still in contention in La Liga and the Champions League.
Lewandowski’s scored 14 goals already this season but is that enough to keep him at Camp Nou or is it time to say thank you and goodbye?
So today’s Barca Blaugranes Question of the Day is:
Should Barcelona offer Robert Lewandowski a contract extension?
