Belgian Pro League
Cesar Huerta – Anderlecht
Made his return to Mexican football after failing to solidify his position with Anderlecht. When he first arrived in Belgium he had regular minutes but he was never the same after an injury. The coach went from relying on the Mexican player to leaving him on the bench and even at times would leave him at home. A sad time for a player who was fulfilling his dream until an injury derailed him.
Heriberto Jurado – Cercle Brugge
The youngster has returned to Liga MX on a one year loan with Puebla. Jurado struggled during his time with Brugge as he would receive little to no minutes week after week. This made little to no sense as the Mexican player would make a difference each time he would step on the pitch.
Super League Greece
Armando ‘Hormiga’ Gonzalez – Olympiacos
Played 90 minutes in a narrow 0-1 loss over the weekend. While it was a rough game, the youngster should still be proud of how he performed in the Greek Cup where he provided an assist and scored a brace.
