Bayern Munich is in the final stages of its preparation for Eintracht Frankfurt and was finalizing plans on Thursday.
At this time of year, though, it can be tricky to find a clear field that is not wet or even snow covered. At Säbener Straße, it was a winter wonderland on the training field, as the snow was inescapable. The snow swirled and stuck, which made for a cautious session.
Only injured goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was not a participant:
As you would expect, head coach Vincent Kompany wanted his players to be extra careful given the slick conditions — the last thing that anyone needs is an injury during a snowy practice:
The cold did not bothered everyone, though, as assistant coach Rodyse Munienge was not fazed at all. In fact, Munienge was wearing shorts to show his toughness (or maybe he just could not find his training pants):
