The Wisconsin Badgers got a late commitment from former Iowa State Cyclones wide receiver commit Kash Brock earlier this week, adding another skill position player to their smaller 2026 recruiting class.
Brock, a three-star recruit according to 247Sports, attends Basha High School in Arizona. He has seen a few flips in his recruitment, originally committing to Colorado State in the summer after an official visit. But, in late November, he flipped to Iowa State, which gave him his first offer, and signed there on National Signing Day.
However, with head coach Matt Campbell heading to Penn State, Brock requested a release from his National Letter of Intent, which was granted, and flipped to Wisconsin shortly after.
Standing 6’2, 185 pounds, Brock had 54 catches for 960 yards and 10 touchdowns this season, according to MaxPreps. He now becomes the third receiver to commit to Wisconsin in the 2026 class, joining signees Keeyshawn Tabuteau and Zion Legree.
Wisconsin had initially looked for three wide receiver commits in their 2026 class, knowing the number of departures in the room, and had that number this summer with four-star Jayden Petit, Legree, and three-star Tayshon Bardo.
However, they parted ways with Bardo, and Petit flipped to the Oklahoma Sooners late in the cycle, leaving them bare at the position. Tabuteau was a late surprise flip from Vanderbilt, and now Brock gives Wisconsin that third wide receiver in the class.
The Badgers will need to add in the transfer portal with the room almost completely depleted, but they now have some younger talent to build on as well.
