For the 11th game of the season the Purdue Boilermakers will head out west to take on the Washington Huskies. Ryan and I use this episode to talk about Husky mascots, dog mascots, and what the Washington mascot used to be. Then, we talk a long detour to talk about Ryan Walters and what kinds of sports fans we are. Are we bitter and angry and rooting for Walters to fail at Washington or are we the more charitable type who knows that Walters tried his best and just simply didn’t succeed at Purdue but
we wish him well elsewhere? Which one are you for that matter?
Then, Ryan and I look at the highs and lows of this Washington team. There will be some talent o the offense side of the ball especially with their ground game. They are also excited about their returning QB in Demond Williams Jr.. But, will that be enough to get Washington over the hump in their second year of the Big Ten?
