Friday means it’s time for survey results for this week. I asked two questions this week one about basketball and one about football. The first one about basketball asked if you care about preseason rankings.
This is especially relevant this year as Purdue is the number one team in the nation in the preseason men’s basketball poll. Without further ado let’s take a look at those numbers.
Not exactly an overwhelming majority. But 54% of respondents care at least a little bit about the preseason poll. I’m with the majority here. I don’t think it matters a lot, but it’s fun to talk about and it might help with recruiting and other things.
Next let’s look at if you all think that Purdue football will take down the wildcats this weekend.
Pretty incredible to me that despite last week’s loss to Minnesota 69% of respondents still think Purdue will walk out of the state of Illinois with a victory tomorrow. Let’s hope they’re right.
