UFC Vegas 111 is less than 24 hours away …
It all goes down this weekend (Sat., Nov. 8, 2025) inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Welterweight finishers collide as Randy Brown takes on Gabriel Bonfim.
We have a weekly series here at MMAmania.com called “Weekend Lock,” where we share one bet that we predict will slap in “Sin City” when the chaotic dust settles. We also want to hear what our readers think (that’s you!), so tell us your most confident
UFC Vegas 111 betting lock in the comments section below (full UFC Vegas 111 odds here).
Last week’s recap: Well, Charles Radtke won, but it wasn’t by knockout or decision — it was by third-round submission…with 30 seconds left. Bummer.
Let’s keep on, keeping on below:
UFC Vegas 111’s “Featured” fight is an absolute Welterweight car crash ready to happen as Uros Medic collides with Muslim Salikhov.
This week, I’m locking in Uros Medic vs. Muslim Salikhov Under 1.5 rounds (-110).
Here’s why:
Both Medic and Salikhov possess serious one-punch knockout power, and neither man likes to waste time once the fight starts. Medic’s last two bouts have ended in the first round — one win, one loss — and Salikhov’s last two fights have followed the same script, except he won. Medic brings explosive southpaw striking with a kill-or-be-killed mentality, while Salikhov, known as “The King of Kung Fu,” still carries dynamite in his hands (and feet) despite being 41 years old.
The odds for a knockout in this bout sit at a massive -500, which tells you what kind of chaos oddsmakers are expecting. While taking the “Fight to End by KO/TKO” prop seems like the obvious play, the price tag is just too steep. Instead, Under 1.5 rounds at -110 offers much better value while still leaning into the exact same outcome — an early, violent finish. With both fighters looking to rebound and make a statement, expect fireworks the second the referee says go.
What could go wrong?
Both Medic and Salikhov have knockouts that came later in fights, showing that they can remain dangerous beyond the first seven minutes. If they decide to feel each other out or show unexpected patience, this prop could get dicey. Medic has also been clipped before, which might make him cautious early.
Still, given the combined finishing rates, styles, and history of fast starts, Medic vs. Salikhov Under 1.5 rounds (-110) feels like one of the sharpest value plays on the UFC Vegas 111 card.
