Will Stein and the Kentucky Wildcats have momentum on the recruiting trail as they look to make some noise on the trail for the 2027 class. Luckily for the Cats and their new staff, the in-state class has quite a bit of top-end talent to help build a solid foundation.
After a commitment from Brady Hull on Thursday, now they are getting some predictions for the No. 1 player in Kentucky, Seneca Driver, who is also ranked No. 25 overall in the class of 2027 by Rivals.
Steve Wilfong of Rivals took some
time to break down some recruitments, and when talking through the Boyle County star tight end, he had this to say;
“Danville (Ky.) Boyle County Rivals300 tight end Seneca Driver has already been over to Lexington to spend time with Will Stein and the new staff who are going to go all in to land the No. 1 ranked player in the country at his position. Kentucky will have to battle Notre Dame, Oklahoma and Tennessee to sign Driver but I like the way it looks early in the process. With that I’ve logged the pick.”
Can the Cats close on the top-100 prospect? Would be a massive win and quite the statement to help usher in the Will Stein era of Kentucky Football.
