Maryland wrestling is set to take on Pittsburgh for its home opener Saturday at 12 p.m.
Maryland is currently undefeated at 4-0, posting wins over Gardner-Webb, The Citadel, Morgan State and American. Pitt,
meanwhile, comes in at 5-1, losing only to No. 3 Iowa, 36-0. But the Panthers have had their fair share of dominant wins, racking up a 21-15 victory over No. 14 Lehigh and 20-19 win over Princeton.
Some key potential matchups to keep an eye on include: No. 12 Braxton Brown vs. No. 30 Evan Tallmadge, No. 5 Jaxon Smith vs. Chase Kranitz, and No. 15 Branson John or Anthony Bradley vs. No. 11 Mac Stout.
The match will be broadcast on Big Ten Plus.
