Friday is upon us, which means today the final practices of the week happened for the Atlanta Falcons and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. We have been monitoring the health of both teams all week, and now we have a final outlook before the weekend on who will, might, and will not play on Sunday. Let’s take a look.

Reviewing both injury reports from Friday’s final practices, we received some key news. First off, with the Falcons, it’s not really a surprise since they have not practiced all week, but safety DeMarcco Hellams and tackle Jack Nelson have both been ruled out for Sunday’s contest. Additionally, receiver Darnell Mooney, who has been limited all week with his shoulder injury, is listed as questionable. We learned yesterday that Mooney is truly considered a game-time decision, so that will be something to monitor this weekend.
Tampa ruled some key players out on Friday. It’s big that they will be without lineman Tristan Wirfs, who has a knee issue and receiver Chris Godwin Jr., who is battling an ankle injury. Also, their secondary will be without safety Chrisitian Izien and corner Benjamin Morrison. One to watch this weekend is nose tackle Vita Vea, who is a force in the middle of their defensive line. He practiced fully on Friday, but is still considered questionable to play on Sunday.
