Former Bayern Munich manager and current German national team boss Julian Nagelsmann is just like many fans of the Bavarians at the moment — he is waiting to see what a healthy and in form Jamal Musiala looks ike for this season.
“My hopes are high. But I don’t want to put any pressure on him. He puts a lot of pressure on himself. That’s normal. We would all be incredibly happy if he gets fit and can play at the World Cup. He knows that if he’s reasonably on track, there aren’t many coaches in the world
who would do without him,” Nagelsmann said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
If healthy and in form, Musiala could be a massive boost to Germany, whose offense is not exactly lighting it up at the moment. Musiala and Florian Wirtz together could be the kind of duo that powers a team to go on a World Cup run.
If everything proceeds accordingly, German national team fans might be able to get that full experience this summer.
