The football team is getting ready for a big game in Lubbock against Big 12 favorite Texas Tech, always fun to have Jason Bennetti on the game:
The Kansas Jayhawks will finish up a two-game Big 12 Conference
road swing Saturday night in Lubbock as they take on undefeated and No. 9 Texas Tech at Jones AT&T Stadium. Kickoff is slated for 6:30 p.m., CT on FOX with Jason Bennetti, Robert Griffin III and Alexa Landestoy on the call.
It’s also Tech’s homecoming. Also, wouldn’t have guessed the series would this lopsided:
In Texas Tech’s first home game since Sept. 13, it will celebrate its 100th anniversary of Red Raider Football in front of another sellout crowd, the fourth already of the season. The Red Raiders have historically dominated the series against the Jayhawks with a 23-2 all-time advantage, which includes an 11-1 mark in games played in Lubbock.
