The Arizona Cardinals have tried to fix their defense over the last couple of seasons and yet for fans, it is incredibly worrisome.
That is why when we asked what position group are fans most worried about, the overwhelming amount picked a defensive position, with the edge position being the one most are concerned about.
Fans are concerned
about the entire front seven of the defense and it makes sense. They were bad last year and they didn’t do much to change things. Yes, Roy Lopez is back, and they added Andrew Billings, Jack Gibbens and Andrew Wingard, but that did not change things for fans.
And of course they did nothing at the edge position, so that makes sense that it is the biggest concern.
It is also interesting that the offensive line, despite heavy investment is still the second biggest concern out of all position groups.
The thing is, I think every team can say this about the offensive line.
Of course when you are seeing the yo-yoing of Jeremiyah Love’s rushing total week-to-week from our friends over at FanDuel Sportsbook, it makes sense that there are concerns. Love’s total plummeted last week to 725.5 yards on the season, and moved back up to 775.5 yards this week. Does the line concern you that much combined with the ankle issue?
