Zoey Serrano (aka Zoey Stark in WWE) is making waves in only her third week in TNA. First came the surprise debut. Second came an attack on a fan. Third is juicy quote from a vignette airing on Impact (Sep. 10, 2026).
Serrano offered a peak behind the gruff exterior. Professional wrestling was the one constant in her life growing up, so she pursued a career in the sport. Her dreams came true traveling the world fighting for titles. Serrano’s career went up in an instant due to a knee injury. WWE isn’t
mentioned by name. In my opinion, it is a clear reference to her being released while rehabbing.
Serrano refocused to stay true to herself. No more trying to please everyone else. The juicy quote is, “I don’t need to shake my ass, I don’t need the 15 second viral video.” Serrano will show that she is the best in the world and the new face of the Knockouts division.
That is a curious quote for TNA to focus on. Naturally, many will wonder if those are shots being fired at other wrestlers in the industry. For example, several make lots of extra money on OnlyFans and other similar seductive outlets. Some in WWE like to shake their booty. However, I doubt TNA would air a pre-taped promo to risk alienating their more powerful partner.
Perhaps it is a shot at herself filming goofy social media content alongside Shayna Baszler and Sonya Deville (aka Daria Rae in TNA).
Whatever the case, it gets people talking about Serrano in TNA.
