We’re still a few days away from Notre Dame’s season opening game against the Miami Hurricanes inside the wild confines of Hard Rock Stadium. According to FanDuel Sportsbook, Notre Dame is a 2.5 point favorite over Miami — and that line has remained steady for quite a while.
While that’s a small line, it’s pretty decent for a game on the road against a top ten team. Most college football fans that were surveyed believe the Irish win this game — and it won’t be as close or as entertaining as the other
big games this weekend.

Maybe both of those survey results were from the common thinking about new Miami quarterback, Carson Beck. He was kind of a turnover machine at Georgia before he got injured, and there are still doubts that he has fully healed from his surgery.
Notre Dame fans believe that Beck will throw at least two interceptions in this game which would make an Irish victory much more likely.

According to the recent SB Nation Reacts survey, this possible victory will mean much more than a top 10 win on the road — which really says a lot about some of the hate y’all keep inside.
I love it.
