As the Miami Hurricanes continue the journey of the 2025 football season, our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook have released odds for the week 10 road game against the SMU Mustangs.

This is a reasonable opening line. Miami is a top 10 team in the polls, and still have a the path towards the College Football Playoffs
ahead of them, if they get back to the business of winning games. SMU has some talent, but fresh off a loss on the road at Wake Forest, the oddsmakers heavily favor Miami in this matchup. I think this line will settle around Miami -10.5, but this is very reasonable.
This is really the same old story for Miami. The Canes will be the favorites in this, and every other, regular season game. It’s up to Miami to play to the standard, maybe not have double digit penalties or 4 turnovers, and get back to the business of winning. We’ll track the line movement through the week, as we always do.
