Bayern Munich’s improbable, insane, and unbelievable 4-3 comeback victory Mainz 05 in the Bundesliga left onlookers stunned.
Seriously, after being down 3-0 at halftime, the Bavarians just unloaded the chamber in the second behind incredible efforts from Jamal Musiala, Michael Olise, and Harry Kane. Somehow, someway Bayern Munich got the job done in amazing fashion.
In particular, Musiala stole the show during his 33 minutes on the pitch. The youngster completed all 13 of his passes, won five of his nine
ground duels, scored the game-tying goal, and — at least — played some role (in one way or another) in all of the second half scores.
For that, Musiala was voted as Man of the Match by fans. Afterward, Musiala attempted to take a selfie with injured star Serge Gnabry, who promptly flipped his younger teammate the bird…in celebration (at least that’s our story):
Kompany’s halftime speech is unknown, but we have our theories on what he did…
Hopefully, the boss has more magic up his sleeve next week against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
