get another Shane Bieber start today. And he starts on regular rest. I hope that continues from here on out.

Beyond that, Vlad gets a DH day, France plays first base. Davis Schneider didn’t hit yesterday, so he sits today. The life of a young baseball player is tough.

• Anthony Santander is almost ready for a rehab assignment, they are hoping by Tuesday he’ll be ready to go (we’ve heard that for two or three weeks. Apparently, his left-handed swing is ahead of his right-handed swing. They figure he’ll play, at least, five rehab games.
