Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández wants to leave the Blues, and his preferred destination is Real Madrid. Reports emerged from Ben Jacobs and BBC Sport on Tuesday evening that Enzo is on his way out of London. Chelsea’s valuation of their star midfielder is at 120 million pounds.
Real Madrid are in the market for a midfielder this summer, but there hasn’t been any indication that the club has finalised their target. With the Elections to take place on June 7th, all major sporting decisions are currently on hold. Florentino Perez is expected to win in the elections and appoint Jose Mourinho as the new manager immediately after. Surely, Mourinho will have a say in the players who end up being recruited by Real Madrid.
Fernandez has been a key part of Chelsea since joining them from Benfica. He is also expected to play a significant role for Argentina in the World Cup.
